I have been billed £59.99, this money is currently coming out of my account which I have not authorised.
I want a refund on this transaction. I have had no emails about this money nor am I aware of why this money is being taken out of my account. I don't even know what this money is for.
please give me an answer on this question as it is urgent and I need my money back.
