Unauthorised transactions and I want a full refund

I have been charged $69.80AUD from your company. I have also been charged $58.30AUD from AVAST which from my research is associated with your company. I have never used any of your products before and had to create an account just to post this. I want an explanation on how you got my banking details, how you processed a transaction without me having an account, and I how this while thing occurred. I also expect a full refund in a rapid time.
