Upon checking your account, we see that AVG Driver Updater has been renewed, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 9/26/19). This email contains instructions on how to cancel the subscription.
