Unauthorized b billing

Initially, you have purchased our AVG TuneUp on Aug 2020 and the auto renewal was turned on. so the renewal amount was deducted from your account, also prior mail was sent to you.

Since you are unaware about this subscription so I have successfullly initiated your refund request for AVG TuneUp.

Once we finish our internal refund procedure, the transaction will be processed by the payment operator. You will receive additional confirmation in a separate e-mail.

Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.

Generally, it should not take more than 7 business days.

Also I have turned off your auto renewal so you will not be charged for renewal in future.

I was charged $59.99 for a product I did not order or authorized.  I want a refund.
