Our company credit card has been billed by DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES or $103.99. I need to REMOVE our credit card information and find no way to do this. Please help! I have tried telephoning regarding this unauthorized billing and was told without an order number I could not be helped. No order was placed so there is no order number. I have tried multiple times to reach support through CHAT and nothing happened. The product is great, but support is not available. I need a refund for the unauthorized billing and to know how to REMOVE our credit card information. The instructions are not given for this.
