Hello on the 9.2 19 ..DIGITAL RIVER took $139.99 out of my pay pal account transaction no: IGX21083VE102791T..I have sent an email and demand a refund as I'm not renewing my security with you after you illegally took this money without my permission or consent...I have blocked you from further access but I request an immediate refund of $139.99 ..thank you

For me and DIGITAL, scan twice for the same amount, that is, twice for 34.99 €. One account was returned by AVG and the other was still unknown where

YES I REQUEST A FULL REFUND OF $139.99 … I have not received the emails that you state and my subscription finishes on the 24 .02.19 the money was taken on the 09.02.19 …I was never renewing the subscription 30 days is incorrect Thank you for your help Aleta

Sorry to know that you haven't received the auto renewal email. It may have landed up in spam or junk folders. It was sent on 10th January 2019.
We have initiated the refund for the recent charge and an email has been sent explaining its status.
