Hello, 
I have been charged of 54,99€ without my authorization. The billing says it is for DRI*AVG Technologies but I never asked of signed for it so I want my refund. 
Can you help me?

Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.
