Why am I being billed for something I cancelled months ago, please?

I see that you have signed up for AVG Internet Security Multi-device (60 day trial) on 18th Sep 2019. AVG products (paid or extended trial) are available as subscriptions and renew until you cancel them. We try to be clear about this both before and after your purchase, and we explain how to cancel subscriptions in various places, including:

In our shopping cart before purchase
In the confirmation email we send after purchase
In notification emails we send before charging for subsequent subscription periods.

As per our records, you have cancelled the automatic renewal of this trial on 8th Nov 2019 and I assure you will not be charged for its renewal. There is another email reminder which was sent to you on the same day asking to renew it manually. This is just a reminder and please ignore it.
