Hello AVG team,

        I just received a notification from my bank that my debit card was charged Rupees 4718.82 INR by DRI*AVG Technologies on July/14/2020 at 12.13 pm for something I am absolutely sure that I didn't purchase at all. Could you give help for refund?

        I have reported the transaction to my bank's fraud prevention service, also I have been asked to raise a FIR as the money is deducted from Debit card which requires a PIN for the transaction, which I have not used now for the transaction with your company. But I also hope that the AVG team could take action to prevent transactions like this from happening in the future, as there is history of such transactions from your company.

Hi Balasubramanian,
I have replied to mail with the requested details for the ​​​​​​​expected refund and also please remove my renewal request from your company database, as I do not remember registering for any such renewal.
Also, this is extremely disappointing that without my knowledge and permission a handsome amount of money is getting deducted from my account.
Hence, I would not want anything like this happening in the future.
