Unauthorized charge for AVG annual subscription

When you purchase an AVG subscription via the official AVG website, the subscription automatically appears in your AVG Account if the email address you provide at checkout is the same email address you use to sign in to your AVG Account.

Last year, in October, I purchased an annual license for AVG Antivirus Pro for mobile, which I canceled a few months later. Today, I was charged again, with a renewal fee of 11.06 USD for a subscription extended until 2025, despite having unlinked my payment method over six months ago. When I check "Manage Subscription" in the app, no active AVG subscriptions are listed.

Additionally, the app shows that I am subscribed to an AVG license, but when I log into my account through a web browser and go to "My Subscriptions," it shows that I have no active subscriptions. When I try to request a refund through the web browser, there is no subscription history or indication that I am subscribed to any license. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.
