An unauthorizes charge of $59.99 from DRI* AVG Technologies 952-2531234MN on Nov.8/18. I have NEVER purchased such a service. I have always used AVG free security service on my Mac. DRI has sent me to you to deal with the charge. How long will it take to remove the charge please?
