It could be possible that you have an trial or paid subscription for AVG registered under a different email address than the one you used to contact us here.
All AVG subscriptions (trial or paid) continue to renew automatically until cancelled. I have sent an email requesting more details to locate your account and cancel any active subscription.

I have a notification from my bank that a charge of $93.99 is trying to be completed by AVG Technologies.  I have not authorized any such charge and I'm trying to find out why it showed up.  I plan to authorize my bank to reject the charge.  This is the second time within the last month that this charge has show up and been declined by my bank.  I don not currently use any AVG products.  Why am I getting notifications of attempts by AVG to make charges to my account?
