Unauthorized charge to my checking account, resulting in overdraft charges

THERE IS AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IN THE AMOUNT OF $69 RESULTING IN 0VER DRAFT FEES TO MY ACCOUNT OF MORE THAN $200.  I have a one year standard paid subsription for many months now.  I have not ordered any enhancements to the subscriptioon.  please reimburse my account immediately and send me an email for the bank to rescind the over draft fees.
