Unauthorized Charge to my Credit Card

We don't find any recent charges with this email account.

However we found a charge of AUD 109.99 for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp subscription under m***@ihug.co.nz email address.

Please confirm if this above email account belongs to you and also let us know if you wish to get refund for this subscription.

And just to let you know AVG will send renewal notification 30 days prior to the products expiration date and sometimes it might land on your spam/junk folders.

Good morning,
I have just been billed $123.13 by Digital River Ireland. This was not an authorized charge and if this was done as part of a an auto renewal then I would like this cancelled and my account reimbursed please. I have read through this page and seen this is not an uncommon issue so it is disappointing that I now have to add to it and that it hasn't been resolved by something as simple as an email prompt 14 days/a month prior to advise that money will be taken out of your account if AVG are not advised. Simple fix that would solve this issue.

Good morning Vishnu,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. The email does (did) belong to me however the internet provider no longer supports it so they have closed all of the email accounts. I will amend that in my seetings.
In regards to the cancellation/refund, yes I would like this done please.
