What is the latest charge on my visa! I had no notification what's so ever. I have not purchased anything and no subscriptions are due. So easy to purchased something of you guys, but when it come to figuring out how to contact you over an unauthorised charge to my credit card, its a nightmare.!!
Anyway reverse the charge. I'm actually looking to move away from AVG. I'm sick and tired of being told I have to continually buy other little programmes etc from you. Taking money with no reason is the final straw. Theft is what I call it! Reverse the charges now. You have my contact number, text/ring me. I don't have time to muck around trying to find s]access to get this sorted.
