I received an email showing a charge to my PayPal account of $69.99 for AVG CY ecommerce limited. I didn't order this and don't know what it is. I called AVG and they said I didn't order it either. The phone number on the email doesn't work. Here is the transaction ID

Can you help get the charges reversed or is this some kind of scam that isn't really from AVG?
