*unauthorized charge*

Been billed for a subscription I had no knowledge of having. I legitimately do not even own a computer and I have been billed $60 AUD for antivirus. I would like to request a refund, how would I go about this. The fact that the email warning me about this subscription expiring and me getting charged was 4 hours. I had no internet connection during this time. This is very unprofessional.
