Are you referring to this charge and confirm to get refund for it?

I assume that someone working for AVG will read this and help me.

An unauthorized charge was made to my CC. I never placed an order and canceled auto-renewal over 1 year ago. Out of the blue, I get a charged for another year!
PLEASE reverse the charges to my CC and erase my CC number from your files (to prevent this from happening again).

We could see a different email address (****@gmail.com) registered with us.
The auto renewal wasn't cancelled for this license and we couldn't find your recent contact with us regarding the cancellation.
As per your request, we have initiated the refund for this charge and cancelled the auto renewal service.
An email explaining the refund status has been sent.
