Unauthorized charge

Without warning or authorization you have taken another years subscription from my bank account,
for an amount more than double than your first offer.
I was considering to accept the first offer, at 20 € but not the double one at 45€
I am dissappionted in your behavior to just take the money from my account without informing me on forhand you were about to renew subscription … for 45 €.
So now I apply for a full refund, of 45 €. After that I will again consider if AVG is what I want for what it costs.

I surely accepted your terms and you surely informed me properly on forehand.
But in the rush of life I didn't follow up with all my subscriptions.
I accept to renew for discount price (20 €), but 45 € is out of my budget.
I will have to cancel futur renewal.
Please accept discount conditions and return 25 € to my bank account.

We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. When you initially purchased the product, you received discount and agreed that your subscription would continue for successive renewal terms equal in length to your initial license term, at the undiscounted price in effect at renewal. Information about price increase was included in the renewal notification email that was sent 30 days before the charge took place.
May I cancel the recent renewal costs EUR 44.99? So, you can reach our Sales team to purchase the product at a discounted price.

We understand your concern, Seb. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to process a pro-rated refund. Hence, our colleague has suggested with refund. Once you receive the refund, you can reach our billing team & re-subscribe at a discounted price. Would you be so kind to let us know if we can proceed this way?
