Unauthorized charge

We are unable to locate any charges under your account.

We have sent you an email to your email address "acco*******@hydros.cc". Please reply back to the email with the requested information.

AVG charged me $47.80.  I do not have any subscriptions, and did not give you authorization to charge anything.   I will be disputing the charges.
Please let me know how to remove what you have on file for me.
