We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

Auto-renewal was cancelled to avoid further payments. We recommend you to remove the order details in this public posts due to some security reasons.
To delete your AVG account: Please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr , enter your email address and click Request Access.
After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
