I did not authorize subscription charges. I am canceling my subscription and I expect a refund, along with any OD fees YOUR charges caused in my account. This is the second time this company has done this. Is that not fraud? Theft? What is wrong with your process? Is this solid business practice? This customer is sick and tired of chasing MY MONEY out of your pockets.
