Unauthorized charging of bank account

We'll certainly clarify this charge. This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally purchased AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription). We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email. This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

I also see that you have already submitted a refund request to our concerned team and it has been processed. We regret to hear that your active subscriptions are not listed when you login to AVG MyAccount.

You are going to charge My account on 14.8 2019 for 112€  i havent buy nothing from you in 3 years WTF. Also can see when sign to My avg account that there is no orders or anything ,pay Back ASAP
