Unauthorized credit card charge

I am from Malaysia. I already cancelled any AVG subscriptions and receive refunds relating to them. I did not give approval for money to be taken without my consent. I see that you have rolling extensions but I do not recall accepting this process and so I wish to cancel all products  attributed to me immediately! I also no received any notification to inform that it will be charging my credit card
