In September 2023 I tested the free version of AVG Tuneup and I didn´t sign up for a paid subcription.
On Nov 6th 2023, so 1 year ago,  I got a confirmation that my subscription was successfully terminated.


On Nov 7th 2024  AVG tried to charge my credit card without any authorization.

Since I don´t have an active subcription there is no option to check or change my payment information.
My bank classified the attempted debit as fraud, blocked my credit card and will send me a new one with a new credit card number. The unauthorized debit attempt is a disgrace!
There is no option to contact anyone or speak to anyone that I can find, so I'm having to come on here in the hope that someone can help me!
Can anyone help with how to contact an actual human being about this?
