Unauthorized Debit

I have Asked AVG 4 times to refund a fraudulent charge. I have been told that a refund would be credited to my account 7 to 10 working days. 4 weeks later no refund. AVG philosophy regarding best practices has a very low standers and hopes that people in my situation will go away.
First you charged my account without my knowledge permission. Second you admitted you did so. third you have told me I would receive a credit.
As I have told you, your charge(Unauthorized) has left my account overdrawn. I still have bank over draft's  plus your   unethical, fraudulent charge. Again please do the right thing, as You have told you would. Not tommmor . TODAY

I understand the inconvenience caused due to delay in refund.
This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
Also our records indicate this order has been disputed, which is reason for the delay in refund. I have followed up your refund request case and you will receive an email from the concern team soon.
