Unauthorized Debit

If I were you, I would feel the same. AVG will not charge our customers without their permission. I realized that you have been charged for renewal of AVG Secure VPN. When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of your AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.

I see that you have already contacted our support team to process refund. They have initiated refund for you and the funds will
be returned within 5-7 business days. You will receive the confirmation email soon and your patience is much appreciated.

My last subscription ended 1/20/18. My bank account was debited in July, 2018 in the amount of $64.86 which was not only unauthorized but fraudulent in nature. I do not nor have no had access to AVG this year. My Bank has addressed this matter with you, as I have had contacted you twice by phone. To add to what you have done to me I now have $34.00 in bank charges plus the bank will close my account. The last customer service person I have spoke with told me that AVG is in process of refunding me. Why Has This Not Happened.  
I WILL not allow AVG to rob me. Unless this important matter is not taken care of I will spend any time needed to expose AVG and there unethical / illegal practices. As I have shared with you I am asking AVG to only do the right, morally and legal thing to do. Refund my money that you have stolen from me.
Today is 8/7/2018, I will expect this matter to be taken care 8/8/2018 to my satisfaction.
