Unauthorized debits on my bank account from AVG

Thank you for your prompt reply and help. 

I checked the email account associated with my Google Apps and have found the invoices sent to [Email Address Removed]. As this email address is only used as an operating and back up address, I did not see the notifications for the invoices and apologise for this oversight. The invoices were for the AVG Anti Virus Pro Apps on my cellphone and tablet. My AVG on my computer is associated with the above email address. 

I am aware of the 2 licenses but wasn't sure what to do. I would appreciate if you would merge the 2 licenses into one as I am only using one computer.

For couple of years, I am not using AVG, but you guys regularly withraw $53.99 AU from my account, totaly unauthorized? It is new era piracy? I dont know what to do? You made it so difficult for people so you can rip off money from their accounts indefinitely? I request you return two payments of $53.99AU you got from my account stright away. 
Please advise when it is the earliest you can do that.

Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. These charges seem to be for AVG android apps that you subscribed via Google Play store. I am unable to find the details of these charges under the email address you used to contact us here. I would request you to contact our mobile support team with proof of debit to assist you further.

Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.

And I also see that you have 2 AVG Internet Security (1 computer) licenses. Are you aware of this and do you use them on 2 separate computers. If you use only one computer, we can merge both licenses into one.

Looking back on my bank account, in May 2017 I was debited R140.99 on the 30th May 2017 and R79.99 on the 31st May 2017 using the reference from GOOGLE *AVG UK Google Pay Help. Both references are the same. I have at no time received an invoice notification for what these debits are.

I have checked your account, you have been charged automatically for AVG PC TuneUp product under this email address "amira*********@gmail.com". We had sent you a notification email regarding the Auto renewal 45 days prior to the date of renewal to the same email address.  I have canceled the subscription and submitted a refund request on behalf of you. Our refund team will contact you via email soon.
