On 10-5-15 my bank account was charged 54.99 by avg for aaaaaaaaaaapro protection.
I did Not authorize this. I did not download anything except the free virus protection.
I disputed this claim and Capital One took it off.
They now say the claim was denied and charge will be deducted on 11-6-15.
It was never downloaded . If I am stuck anyway, please furnish the code so I can download it and do Not apply auto- renewal.
