I also just got the same issue on 30th of May. AVG charged me 84.99 without my authorization. Can you please reimburse that amount as soon as possible? What I got is the transaction id which is 0C113366J3573880S (payment to AVG eCommerce CY Limited)

Here are the numbers that I have from the email I received from PayPal:  Transaction ID, 0CV41092149036640 and the only other number I have is :
AVG eCommerce CY Limited, +44 018552616192.  There is not an order number, just the amount.  Thank you.

AVG just took $49.99 through Paypal and it was not authorized by me.  I changed to the free edition when my 30 day trial was over in April or May.  I want my payment reimbursed.  When I sign into my account there is no place that shows you can cancel automatic renewal so I do not want a message stating I did not cancel the automatic renewal.  If this is not taken care of I will get another virus protection, I have AVG on my desktop and lap top and was considering adding my smart phone but if this is the kind of business that just takes people's money without any message stating it will be taken and you are not given an option to not renew, I will not be using it again.

Hello Breno,

I understand your concern. I see from your record that you have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security on 2017.3.14. Please be informed that we do provide refund for the order purchased within 30 days. However, you have exceeded this time frame and we do not have an option to process refund for this order.

I have disabled the automatic renewal from your account. You will not be charged by AVG automatically from your account next year.

Thank you for your help.  I have also contacted PayPal regarding this since I did not have enough information to help.
