I have a charge of $69.99(USD) from ‘DRI*AVG Technologies’ on my bank account that is not authorized.
I use FreeAVG and have been happy, but I have not signed up for any paid subscriptions. I actually had to create an account to log to log this enquiry. How do I go about canceling the subscription and getting a refund?
