I do understand this must be upsetting. Please be informed that your AVG subscriptions are registered under a different email address than the one you used to contact us here. You must login to AVG MyAccount using registered email address to view and manage the AVG subscriptions. I see that you did not yet create and AVG MyAccount using your registered email address.

Hi, I have been charged for AVG, although I do not even use the free version anymore. I did not receive a renewal email. I have an AVG account issued on the same day the first invoice of £29.99 was charged to my paypal. Although I have finally logged in, I have no products or subscriptions listed and I do not remember using any. I am kindly asking you to refund both payments. I have raised a case with Paypal over the one issued on 01 December 2017, but as your system does not log in any products or services I think the error has been made last year as well.
