That ^^^ did not change anything. I did figure out that the computer only shuts itself down when I put it in sleep mode, which I do most nights. I guess I won't be able to use that function anymore.

Thank you.
My computer keeps shutting down improperly (Wants to start back up in safe mode from a DOS screen) since I reactivated my AVG Internet security and PC tuneup.
Restart required is NOT the problem. I did restart it after updating. My computer is not shutting down correctly. It's never done this before I reactivated. It's really annoying because it wants to restart in safe mode and it happens several times a day.
Y'all are not understanding me. I AM NOT shutting the computer down. It is shutting down INCORRECTLY by itself. I have never been around to see it happen so I can't give you a screenshot.
I reactivated both programs on January 3rd, 2017. I just did the maintenance scan and fix. I will let you know if that worked.

Let me try this again since there seems to be a language barrier.
1. My computer shuts down incorrectly, by itself, for some unexplained reason.
2. It does this frequently when I am not near it to see what it is doing.
3. I manually turn the computer back on by pressing the power button. (it is not restarting itself)
4. The computer then tells me that Windows was not shut down correctly and it recommends starting back up in safe mode.
5. I tell the computer to start Windows normally and sit and wait for everything to boot back up again.
6. This is VERY annoying as I am having to start the computer back up again several times a day and that just sucks time right out of my life.
That didn't cure the problem. It has to have something to do with the AVG programs as this problem started right after I reactivated them.
