Unauthorized transaction on my credit card

Hello, I used a product of yours in a free test mode. Today 09.09.2020 I found out that on 07.09.2020 from my bank account an unauthorised transaction has been drawn for the TuneUp? What is going on??? In what right do you take money without permission? I saw that i am not a single case. You are a big, respected firm and if even you act greedy where are we going to get? The fact that the form that has to be filled in for installation of your free item for test period needs filling of bank information, does not give you the right to draw money after the test period finishes. I want full refund of the money that you took from me without the right to, covering all thd taxes. Because I invalidated my account after your action, I will send you my new account when it is active for you to make a transaction. Where do I send my new card information? I expect your immediate reaction!

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have with AVG.
We'd like to inform you that AVG Free trial subscriptions have the auto-renewal feature turned on as a default setting and since you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial, you were charged for the yearly renewal.
We'll certainly check and help you with the refund. However, since you are not the author of this post, we don't have your account information.
Please write back to us in your own/new post so that we can get your account information and assist you further.

Let us explain this clearly.
You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (60 day trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial subscription. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
We have initiated the refund request for this AVG Tuneup and the refunded amount will reach your account soon. Generally, it should not take more than 7 business days.

I found a charge for $59,49 on my credit card.  I did not authorize this charge. I would like a refund.


But what is happening? Do not you want to answer me? I want my money back, you took my money off the card without my permission, what is it?
