Your AVG PC TuneUp is up for renewal and that's why you received that email. You have cancelled the auto renewal status of this order so you will not be charged further.

You have another AVG PC TuneUp subscription until 2020.5.17. Would you like to delete your details (AVG My Account) completely? If so, you will not be able to use the active subscriptions.

I have been notified that you intended to remove money from my bank account but were unable. In an effort to cancel my subscription you seem to have signed me up for more products, that I don't want. I would like the subscription cancelled and my details removed from your database please.

How could I possibly have another subscription???

I consider the practices of AVG as underhanded and sneeky, signing people up to rolling deals that are almost impossibke to cancel. REMOVE MY DETAIL FROM YOUR DATABASES

If I receive any further charges or unsolicited emails from your company I will report you to the data protection commissioner

We realize the situation and would be glad to clarify this for you. 

You have 2 active subscriptions of AVG PC TuneUp - one is a standard purchase (made on Feb 3, 2017) and the another one is an auto-renewal (initially purchased on 2014). 

It appears that you might have inadvertently purchased these subscriptions.  

Auto-renewal was cancelled and you will not be charged in future. 

To remove your account from our database, please vist: https://www.avg.com/gdpr , enter your email address and click Request Access. After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
