Unauthourised payment and cancellation

I didnt realise payments are automatically renewed. I cancelled one payment yesterday and have been promised a refund there us also a second payment of £59.99 taken on 18/10/22 that I want to cancel and have refunded. I cannot find the site I did this on, I am on pension and cannot afford random payments taken from my account
