Unautorized Billing in need of refund

Hello A Claeys,

I acknowledge your refund request.

You've been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Secure VPN. This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you signed up your AVG trial product.

We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

If you still wish to have a refund, let us know your confirmation to proceed further.

Four days ago I got charged for €59,99 by DRI*AVG Technologies. I did not authorize this payment and want a refund and support! I used the free trial like for a day or 2 (Secure Vpn) and now I get this surprise. I want to cancel the subscription and I want a refund please. Thanks

I understand and checked this after writing this post, the emails from AVG were automaticly sorted into spam + I dont go on my account much. 

However I would still like a refund, I must inform you that after putting out the original post I then field for a refund on the site.  Case#07441273
