This morning I have been reminded by AVG that at my last subscription renewal I failed to activate the product . I tried but didn't understand what I was doing, so tried emailing AVG to get some help as I have done before , failed & forgot about it !   now they think i am not protected & are chasing me .If they check my account they will see it's paid for .
Please AVG get in touch & help me .
