Hi Joanne,
You can try check http://www.avgthreatlabs.com/ .
Thanks
thanks, Alan–
I actually found another solution while tinkering around. IN the meantime, however, when AVG blocked the install it let me to a long list of permissions asociated with the programs on my pc. What's the best way to identify what these are^ some are clearly MS products or trusted, but the names of many are unrecognized. Is googling the best way^ or does AVG keep a list of threat-types and programs that can be checkout by users^
THanks again–much appreciated.
AVG is blocking insallation of software I've downloaded from CNET. I have 2 questions:
1)why is it blocking (I was under the impression that CNET downlads were safe
2)how can I install it–AVG asks me to grant permission, but when I do, instead of installing it takes me to a list of applications that communicate through the web. I don't know which one it is or how to identify it!
thanks, Alan–
