Did you try accessing the website in alternative browsers and verify the status? If you receive any error message, share the screenshot of the same to assist further.
Please disable AVG temporarily and check if you are able to access the website. To do so, right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable it.
If you are able to access website after disabling AVG, it should have an issue with AVG. we will need to find which component of AVG is causing this issue. Open AVG AntiVirus free/AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components. Disable each component (one by one), try accessing the website and update the status here.

It seems that installed AVG is blocking coupon website can someone please help to unblock the same.
