Let’s get things back on track for you. Please open AVG Internet Security->click on 'Hacker' component->click 'Open' in Ransomware protection->Blocked/Allowed apps-> click on applications that are blocked and select 'X' button to remove from blocked apps list. Click OK to save changes. Then check the status of your Microsoft applications.
I accidentally locked Microsoft with my AVG protection. I cannot now save any word documents. Can somebody tell me how to unblock an app please.
