Unfortunately if you already removed phone from web interface only solution is revert your phone to default factory settings.

I previously registered a phone on AVG anti theft. It blocked. I followed the procedure for unblocking as given by the AVG antitheft team. sadly I ended up deleting my device from the AVg and it has been months while not using my phone. Is there a way out? the password I used previously isnt working, i guess because my device was removed from the AVG.
