Unclear subscriptions

I have one account and two subscriptions, AVG Security and the VPN. However, I am able to see the Security subscription when I log into my account, but the VPN one is not visible. I did receive an offer for the VPN subscription on the same email address as my account is registered. When I open AVG Security and check the subscriptions, I do see the VPN one, but with a strange subscription number instead of my email address. How do I get everything visible correctly when I log into my AVG account?
