I have done a scan but AVG does not seem to find this virus.  How do I get rid of it?

Hello Reg,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I have checked the image and see that the file is not a virus. It is a file related to amazon program. Do you encounter this amazon popup window constantly in your PC? If so, please delete the file by navigating to the exact location and restart your computer to check the status.
