Undo a blocked threat

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to open a genuine application. Please open the AVG AntiVirus free installed in your computer and click on Menu->Ransomware Protection. You can see the application in the blocked list. Please remove the application from blocked list and add the same application file to allow list and check if that fix the issue. Hello,

This morning I received a message that there was a certain threat on  my desktop and if I wanted it to be blocked. I answered "yes" but now this seems to be an application/program which I still need. It is a wallet on my desktop for a crypto currency. Which  I cannot open nor re-install now. Is there a possibility to undo this blocking?
