Undo Enhanced Firewall Question's "remember my answer"

Hello Dan,

I understand your concern but may I know when did you get the prompt from AVG Firewall?
Is it while connecting to a new network connection?
Are you using latest 17.9 version of AVG Internet Security?

Hello Dan,

Sorry for the delay in responding. You can change the settings in Firewall- Application rules. Open AVG > Menu > Settings > Components > Enhanced Firewall (you need to click on the arrow to display additional options) > Application Rules. From there, you will be able to find the application and change its settings.

How can I undo the "remember my answer" choice in the Enhanced Firewall Question window? (That is, having clicked OK and the window closed with the "remember…" selected, how can I undo that so it is not perrmanent?

Dan,
You can see the list of blocked and allowed traffic once you click on Packet rules.

Dan,
Thank you for trying it. I would suggest you to follow the steps on this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-block-or-allow-IP-addresses-in-Firewall to check the rules added to AVG Firewall.

If you can find the particular rule you need, please uncheck it to disable it.

Thank you for the detailed information.
I request you to open "AVG Internet Security" dashboard, click on "Menu–>Settings–>General"
In General window, click on "Restore Settings" at the bottom and keep us informed about the status.
Once you are done with the process, click on "Components" below general and click on"Customize" of "Enhanced Firewall" component.
To the right of "Policies" scroll down to click on "System Rules"
Enable the option for "Windows file sharing and printing", "allow remote desktop connection" and the last entry "Enable stealth mode"
Below policies, click on "Network Profiles", to the right click on the network connection and change the profile to "Private" if it is set to "Public".

Thank you very much.  This is exactly what I was looking for.

I have looked at Packet Rules but the sites are not identified in a manner I can use.  That is, they are not identified they way thay are in the "Enhanced Firewall Question" popup window. For example, the attached screen capture image shows a question for HPSF.exe but it doesn't show as HPSF.exe in the Packet RulesUser-added image

Dan,

I am glad I have fulfilled your expectations. You're welcome.

"Restore settings" takes me to this fiolder on my PC:          C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server

this is not helpful. I am trying to undue an existing blockage.  I am not trying to allow or block a new address but rather to unblock one that had been blocked in the past.  Since I am not sure of the exact address, what I want is to be able to see ALL the blocked address.  I can then deal with each one that I want to unblock
