Undo programs put to sleep

I had the same type of issue - allowing Tune UP to put Office to sleep meant that I could no longer open MS Word - this is bloody ridiculous and has cost me a lot of time to find the answer and resolve it - time for which I will not get paid!

Not as above in version 16. Please can someone update me.

Hello Hank,

I am sorry to hear this. This feature is on the AVG PC TuneUp program.
Please open the AVG PC TuneUp dashboard and click on "SpeedUp PC" component.
Click on "disable startup and background program" which will open up a window.
You can find option as "Number of programs put to sleep". If you click on it you can find Office 365 and enable the program.

I check on programs to put to sleep to speed up my computer and need to unclick my Office 365 which took down my email. Where do I find this so I can take 365 off of sleep mode?

We'd be glad to clarify this for you.

Are you facing the same issue? Did you try changing the specific settings in your AVG PC TuneUp program as mentioned earlier?
