Undue charge by visa card

Dri * avg technologies, my Visa card has been debited without my authorizing any purchase, they have charged me S / 107.62, which comes out at the exchange rate ($ 27.42 US dollars). I require that amounts ($ 27.42 USD) on my Visa debit card be returned to me immediately. Also, I require that they delete my data from their databases, until I order a purchase.

I hope the reimbursement of these amounts in the shortest term.
