Already paying for Tune Up wef 26 October 2021 - £34.99 annual payment.
However, early today (30 December 2021) an attempt was apparently made to debit £118.80 from my CC account. WHY??
We we were disturbed in the middle of the night (0300 hours), as CC company flagged this up as a potentially bogus request for funds, and blocked the payment.
They have cancelled my CC and I now await a new card and anticipate a bit of hassle advising other organisations regarding CC card number change.
Please FULLY explain why this occurred.
I am also concerned about the fact that the only way to contact you appears to be through an open community site. Why can I not contact you on a personal basis?
