Hi Lathika:
I am using in Imac running Monterey (see screenshot):
and when I click on AVG’s VPN icon in the menubar, I get this message:
and when I then click on “Connect to server location: Canada, Vancouver”, I get this error message:
So what does "verify your settings" mean and who is my “administrator”? More to the point, how do I get the VPN running?
Thanks.
Cheers,
Gary Zak

A conclusion is the place where you got tired of thinking.

The last screenshot is a 2 meg PNG which I tried to convert to under 1 meg, as per your instructions for images but your webmail program will not take it either as PNG or as JPG.
The message says "Your privacy is not protected. Connections error. VPN connection could not be established." And a second message pops up to say," VPN Connection - An unexpected error occurred. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator."
Hi Midhun:
I have tried to set the VPN to Toronto and to Perth, Australia and I get the same error messages just now. When it first happened a couple years ago I tried almost all the locations but same error messages.
